Conditions of participation:

● If you cannot be present at the award ceremony (Sunday), you must report this at the information desk and provide contact details. You can also provide the contact details of a substitute (full name of the person; the person must be able to identify themself)!
● Prices will NEVER be sent on abroad!
● The registration form must be filled out COMPLETELY, incomplete form = competition exclusion.
● By submitting, you agree that your image will be displayed on the Gallery Wall at the event location during AniNite and uploaded to the social media channels or the AniNite website. All rights to your work remain with you.
● The entry must remain unpublished until the winners are announced at the awards ceremony on Sunday at AniNite. After that, feel free to share them on various platforms.

Rules

● Size and format (traditional): min. A5 up to A4 large. Size and format (digital): min. resolution of 300dpi.
● The file must be uploaded to a filehoster (Dropbox, Google Drive, imgbb.com, etc.). A link for the file must be sent with the application.
● Multiple entries are allowed, but only 1 picture per person can win.
● We reserve the right to reclassify submissions that do not correspond to the specified category.
● Please note that the theme of the contest is not missed. If we feel that the image has totally missed the point, it will be eliminated from the contest.
● We reserve the right to disqualify images that are obviously stolen/copied. A contest should always be there to motivate you to give your best. References are of course allowed.
● We also accept original characters, please send us a character sheet of the depicted character, so we can get to know him better. A sketch is quite enough; important information should be included.
● Protection of minors: Pictures that obviously contain pornographic, violence glorifying or similar topics will also be disqualified. ● Please remember that minors will also be attending AniNite.
● Multiple entries are allowed, but only 1 image can win.

Registration Form

To participate, the participation form must be filled out completely.

You can send in your works until July 13 (until midnight). If your submission is successful,
you will receive a confirmation email.

Contest and evaluation procedure

A 4-member jury will judge your works according to the following criteria:

• Line management
• Coloration
• Composition
• Idea
  A point system is applied. Each jury member can give points from 1-10. The more points, the better the grade. Each jury member decides for themself. At the end of the evaluation, each image is discussed again and opinions are exchanged. In the event of a tie, a vote will be taken.
  
  Der erste Platz jeder Kategorie bekommt Sachpreise. In addition, certificates + mini trophieswill be awarded for the first 3 places in each category. The winners will be announced on Sunday of AniNite during the award ceremony. Please do not forget:
