General questions
Yes, you are allowed to take both glass and thermos bottles. However, any bottle containing alcohol will be taken at the bag check and you can retrieve it from the checkroom as you leave the premises.
If you have participated in a competition, but cannot come to the award ceremony, sign out at the information desk on site or let us know the name of a substitute who can receive your prize in your place.
Yes, this year we are planning a Bring&Buy. All info coming soon!
Yes, the Eventhotel Pyramide Vösendorf is completely air-conditioned except for the wellness area and the glass pyramid. There are enough ventilation fans in the glass pyramid.
Registration forms for some panels and workshops can be found at the info booth. For many you do not need to register, to attend these you can go directly to the respective panel or workshop room. However, you can find out which panel/workshops you need to register for on our website.
Covid-19
Because regulations regarding Covid-19 measures are constantly changing, we can’t give you a definitive answer on this topic at this time. Basically: AniNite adheres to the regulations of the Austrian Federal Government valid at the time of the event in order to be able to offer you a safe event. Our Covid-19 safety concept is reviewed and approved by the relevant authority and then published by us on all our social media accounts and our website.
Your ticket remains valid for 2023 unless you want to cancel it. In such a case you can cancel your ticket free of charge. Tickets that have been already shipped cannot be canceled, but remain valid for 2023.
Yes! The AniNite will take place from August 12th-14th, 2022 at the Eventhotel Pyramide Vösendorf.
Yes, guests of honor from neighboring Austrian countries are currently being acquired. However, due to constantly changing travel regulations, some guests may not be allowed to arrive (even at short notice). Guests from Japan or outside Europe are not planned for this year.
Tickets / Hotel room
Children under 6 are allowed to attend the event for free as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Children between the age of 7 and 12 pay a discounted price.
If you have received your ticket by mail, you can enter the convention without having to queue at the register! Please keep in mind, however, that there may be waiting times for admission and bag checks. You will also get a lanyard for your ticket in the entrance area.
Yes! One-day, 3-day tickets are not one-way tickets. You can leave and re-enter the convention location as many times as you like. Just make sure to wear your ticket visibly and show it at the ticket control.
Yes! We will offer pickup days on weekends at the AniManga Austria clubhouse, which you can find at Arndtstraße 6/1/6, 1120 Vienna. Follow us on social media to find out the dates!
After you have ordered your ticket, you will receive an automatic mail with a transaction ID and payment instruction, which you have to make by bank transfer. With the transaction ID you can make a status query at any time via https://vvk.animanga.at/AN/Tracking. As soon as the status of your ticket has changed, i.e. as soon as we have received your money, you can see this via the status query and you will also receive a mail. Check your spam folder too!
All tickets sent by the postal service will be sent by the post after the end of the presale (10.7.). So they’ll be arriving at your place in the second half of July.
Please make sure to enter the correct period when booking, because it will not be automatically applied when you click on the discount link. The discount period is from 10.8. to 16.8.2022.
If you paid on time (by the end of the presale), it’s not a problem. Just come to the help desk in the entrance area with your payment confirmation.
The presale for all types of tickets (except for the Gold and the Fotogasm ticket) runs until July 10th. Please note, however, that the money must have arrived by July 10th on our account, which you will receive by mail after ordering. Any payments that land in the account after that will be returned free of charge and you will be notified.
The fan package includes a limited AniNite shirt in your size and many goodies. These include, for example, a fan, a mug, keychains and much more!
After the end of the presale (10.7.2022) all tickets will be sent out via the Austrian Post. So you will receive your ticket in the second half of July.
Crew
No, the entire crew is made up of volunteers. But even if we can’t offer you any payment, you won’t go empty-handed as a crew-member! You will receive food, a certificate of service, free admission to AniNite, a peek behind the scenes and much more! Here you can learn more about being a crew-member!
