The number of box office tickets is bound to the capacity of the location. Once the capacity limit is reached, no more tickets will be sold.
Event cash register and pick up days
The event cash register is open Friday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m.! In addition, we will open a cash register at the event site on Thursday ( Aug. 11) from 4pm-8pm.
On July 24th, July 31st and August 7th you can get your self-pick-up ticket in person or buy tickets at the evening sales price at the AniManga clubhouse from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Gold-Ticket
The Gold Ticket is your 3-day ticket with very special extras. There are only 20 Gold Tickets and here it’s…. first come, first served! The sale of Gold tickets will start on 27.3.2022 from 20:00.
Wellness-Ticket
This ticket gives you access to the wellness area within the regular wellness area opening hours. This is closed during the AniNite for hotel visitors who do not have a wellness ticket. This ticket is to be understood as an upgrade to the normal AniNite ticket and does not allow participation in the rest of the AniNite program on its own. All info about the wellness area can be found here.
Wellness-Phototicket
This ticket is meant for photographers and cosplayers/models who want to hold a photo shoot without being disturbed in the wellness area. One phototicket includes access for one photographer and a maximum of 4 models, or 1 assistant and 3 models. For larger groups, please contact us in advance using the contact form. Phototickets are strictly limited so that each group has enough space.

Fan-Package Content
The fan package contains a T-shirt in a selectable size, as well as a small surprise.
For this reason, the fan package is not available at the box office.
AniNite-Ticket is not included!
Pre-sale
Ticket sales start in February and end on Sunday, July 10, 2022.
This year, AniNite offers 2 ways of purchasing pre-sale tickets:
- Take-Away
As in previous years, after paying for the pre-sale tickets, you will receive a ticket confirmation with a bar code by e-mail. As in previous years, after paying for the pre-sale tickets, you will receive a ticket confirmation with a bar code by e-mail. - Insured postal delivery of the tickets
By insuring the tickets at atotal surcharge of 4.50 euros (within Austria), the ordered tickets will be sent to the purchaser after the end of the presale. Since the transport status and receipt is documented, a replacement ticket can be requested in case of loss in transit.
Shipping costs outside Austria are € 5.80 within Europe and € 6.45 worldwide.
Tickets that have already been sent cannot be cancelled or refunded.

- Payment deadlines:
Every puchaser has time until July 10, 2022 (end of the advance sale) to pay for their tickets, otherwise the order will expire. To be able to pay the pre-sale price, the money must be credited to our account by July 10, 2022 at the latest. - Cancellation / Refund:
Tickets that have already been paid for can be cancelled up to and includingJuly 10, 2022, subject to a processing fee of €4.
Tickets that have already been sent by mail cannot be canceled. - Shipping of tickets:
Ticket shipment: We will ship all your tickets after the end of the presale.
Tickets received via insured shipping entitle the owner to enter the convention location immediately after the convention opens.
Orderers of a fan package will receive a voucher with the ticket shipment, which they can use to pick up their fan package in the entrance area.
- Lanyards:
Lanyards for the tickets are available in the entrance area for all visitors. - Additional information
:After the end of the presale, no more orders can be placed, the tickets can then only be purchased directly on site at the event box office. There will be a generous but limited contingent of tickets available at the box office. However, we can not guarantee the availability. Tickets that have been paid for in advance and confirmed by us can be picked up directly at the specially set up box office counters with the code. - Children and teenagers:
Children up to 6 years of age may attend the event free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian or a person of legal age authorized by a parent or guardian.
Adolescents under the age of 14 who are not accompanied by an adult are allowed to stay at AniNite until 22:00.
From 22:00 onwards, young people under 14 years of age require an accompanying person (parent or guardian or a person of legal age authorized by a parent or guardian).
